I am looking for a very organized person to assist me in my business. I run an international corporation with large corporate clients and I need someone to help me organize my business and personal agenda. The tasks would be very varied from booking airline tickets to making personal appointments and speaking with corporate clients to talking to my gardener. This job is only for someone who is very serious about a long term position. I am not looking for someone who wants a temporary job. I need someone who is available to get emails and text messages during off work hours and respond to them and take care of them asap.
Knowledge of Email is necessary. I would also like someone who has some knowledge of quickbooks, microsoft word, microsoft excel, powerpoint, outlook and other computer skills (though it is not required but must be willing to learn). Some knowledge of Photoshop would be a plus. I would like someone who is calm under pressure and can make me feel that you have everything under control. I do not want anyone who is a procrastinator.
After one year of employment I will pay for half of your medical benefits. The starting salary is $10.00 per hour and I would like someone from 9-5 (40 hours per week). I am willing to give 12.00 an hour for the second year of work. You will be off most national holidays (and get paid) and you will be off all Jewish Holidays and get paid.
I am an up beat person and would like someone who is also up beat and happy (that is a must).
