Marketing & Sales Manager
Are you a skilled, salesperson with 2 + years experience in selling luxury items? Do you have marketing and advertising experience? Do you excel under pressure and tight deadlines?
If so, we invite you to apply to join our team of experienced professionals in our small office environment. As part of our team you will play a huge part in the every day tasks of running and managing a real estate development company.
Areas of Responsibility include, but are not limited to:
1. Client relations including creating lease agreements, facilitating inspections of the rented premises, creating sales orders for equipment, coordinating with the Property Manager to assign parking spaces, etc.
2. Public relations including placing advertisements in local magazines and newspapers, coordinating events for residents, and writing articles for the bi-yearly newsletter
3. Creating unique marketing and advertising strategies for the real estate buildings
4. Online and Website marketing, including updating Websites and creating unique and eye-catching AdWords Campaigns
5. Using creativity and innovation to generate new selling strategies in order to enhance sales activity
6. Meeting with clients and realtors and selling office space and luxury apartments
7. Initiating and coordinating broker outreach programs to help create a buzz and interest in the buildings
8. Staying in-the-know on what competing buildings in the area are offering. Keep everyone in the office up-to-date on special promotions or offers that other buildings in the area are giving away.
You must be willing to work 5 days a week, and some weekends.
We are looking for a very dedicated hard worker. This person needs to have strong communication skills and be very organized.
