PlanOmatic specializes in advanced Internet marketing for the real estate industry. Our primary service is our PhotoPlan, an interactive floor plan and photography presentation.

Position Description:
Upon receiving an order, PlanOmatic assigns and schedules for a Field Technician to visit the property and create digital floor plans using a portable computer device and laser measurement tool. The technician then uploads the raw floor plans to PlanOmatic`s processing department where we combine previously taken photos to create an online interactive floor plan presentation. Lastly, the Technician administers quality control on the presentation once processed.
Equipment is provided for training but is required for the position. Number of jobs assigned to technicians can vary from 10 jobs per week to 20-30. Each job on-site typically takes .5 to 1.5 hours depending on size.
Requirements:
1. PDA and Laser Measurement tool (once floor plan training is complete)
2. Computer with daily access to high speed Internet (Cable,DSL or
faster).
3. Reliable mode of transportation.
4. Mobile phone.
5. Exceptional eye for detail.
6. Reliable, trustworthy and punctual.
7. Computer skills.
8. Must present yourself professionally at all times.
