The phones just don`t stop ringing!! Busy office looking to fill a part time position immediately, this position will require candidate to have a clear and pleasant speaking voice with a background in switchboard or telemarketing. We are seeking someone with great phone presence, someone comfortable with phones and history of longevity in past positions. Sorry but we`re only interested in candidates with a record of long term employment not quick turnovers.
Key Job responsibilities include:
Answering phones, this position mainly consists of heavy phone work
Scheduling Appointments
Data entry
Follow-up calls
Candidates absolutely must have the following -
Keen eye for detail
High degree of organizational skills
Must be computer literate
Ability to work independently
Positive Can Do attitude
RELIABILITY IS A MUST, LEAVE THE DRAMA HOME
Must own transportation and live locally
