We are currently working on several projects in the Bronx and in Harlem for the NYC Department of Health to help people with asthma reduce their exposure to cockroach and mouse allergens in their homes.
We are looking for an energetic, reliable person to support this project.
Your work will consist of:
o Calling customers to make and confirm appointments for our team of technicians.
o Answering the phone to receive referrals and other general inquiries.
o Answering customer inquiries over the phone and by email.
o Keeping records, preparing reports, etc.
Please apply ONLY if you have the following qualifications:
o At least three years of experience in office management or customer support and/or a completed college degree.
o Bilingual English / Spanish
o Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
o Available M-F during daytime hours either full time (9AM-5PM), or half time (9AM-1PM)
o You will be working from your home and must have a working phone line, a computer with access to the Internet, and a working cell phone.
o Live in the Bronx or in Manhattan.
