We are currently seeking a Tour Coordinator.
The Tour Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
-Conducting tours of apartments throughout Manhattan to potential corporate clients/tenants.
-The candidate will be required to maintain up to date knowledge of the locations, building features, services and amenities of all apartments, assist with preparing welcome packets for new tenants, and assist with miscellaneous assignments as required
We are looking for someone who has:
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Must be flexible to work varying schedules Monday through Friday
-Knowledge of the Manhattan area locations/directions preferred
-Basic Computer skills
This position is based in NY.
