Temporary position / Maternity fill in 3 days/ week. Looking for a person who is detail-oriented in their work and willing to be flexible with all tasks pertinent to the dental office. We have a very unique, front desk less office; it is just the 1 doctor, 1 hygienist, and 1 assistant (this is the position we are looking to fill). We are very high tech, paperless, use lasers, cad-cam (CEREC), are fee for service, and provide a very high level of care by NOT seeing a high volume of patients. Our hours are Monday- 10 am- 8 pm; Tuesday 7:45 am - 3 pm -ish; Thursday 7 am- 1pm ish (if you`ve worked in a dental office you know how the hours go!!!) . The ideal candidate will be expected to carry out dental assisting duties as well as front desk duties including scheduling, appointment calls, taking payments, and end of day closing duties. Computer experience and familiarity with managing payments, financials and scheduling would be a plus. Looking to start sometime in first quarter of 2010.
