Lg. Real Estate Company seeks field service technician with 1-2 years experience. Duties include computer and printer maintenance, troubleshooting and performing maintenance/repairs to hardware and software, installing and diagnosing software, resolve incoming calls from branch offices. Knowledge of MS Office 2003, Windows 2000 required in house. Training provided in the use of proprietary real estate programs and basic network configuration. Under general supervision, individual will provide Help Desk and Field Services support for 50+ offices in CT and MA. Individual will be providing ongoing user support to the offices. Interstate travel is required to our office locations. Must be a team player that can work independently. We offer a competitive benefits package.
