Digi-Data Corporation is a dynamic and progressive company specializing in providing long-term protection for high value digital assets. We offer a continuum of technology that ranges from online storage technologies through internet accessible storage and enterprise digital asset systems.
We are seeking a contract, part-time Remedy Developer/Consultant. Requirements include:
- Proven experience in BMC Remedy 7.x deployment, development, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- In depth knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Change Management, and Sevice Level Management
- Ability to define reports, dashboard views, and flashboards.
- Familiarity wit ITIL 3.0 best practices.
- Integration with other products will be a huge plus.
- Knowledge of the Spanish language will be an asset.
Work hours are flexible, possibly remote. However a number of initial face-to-tace meetings will be required.
