Marketing insurance products to exsisting clients and prospecting for potential new clients by conducting needs based sales interviews.
Duties:
*Work from the agent`s office to contact prospects and current policyholders to generate interest in sales appointments.
*Meet marketing and sales goals set by the agent.
Skills:
*Enthusiastic about the role that insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover form the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
*Ability to learn and apply product, industry and market knowledge to make professional recommendations to prospects and policyholders and to satisfy insurance licensing requirements.
*Ability to influence others.
*Ability to create professional business relationships with prospects and policyholders.
*Strong listening, oral and written communication skills.
