We need a focused and driven individual with strong operations experience to support our day-to-day office operations.
Responsibilities:
# Office administration
# HR & recruitment support (filing, correspondence, interview coordination - training will be provided as required)
# Legal/immigration support (coordinate paperwork with law firm, HR managers, employees - training will be provided as required)
# Executive support
# Calendar management
# Basic book keeping (accounts payable/receivable, bank/credit card reconciliation, invoicing, QuickBooks mgmt - training will be provided on QuickBooks if required)
# Front-desk management
# Supervise and manage day-to-day tasks of other operations staff
# Event planning/meeting support
# Other operations work as assigned
# Require valid US driving license (may need occasional use of company car)
Skills/Experience:
# At least 3 years full-time experience in a similar front-desk/office management/operations support role
# Excellent verbal and written skills in English
# Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint (advanced skills in Excel is highly preferred)
# Excellent phone etiquette
# College degree highly desired (not mandatory)
# High school level arithmetical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages)
# Experience in a technology/IT company is highly desired
Other:
# Able and willing to do repetitive work and light physical work
# Willing to undergo comprehensive background check and drug screening
Location:
The position is located at Plaza Ten, Harborside Financial Center in Exchange Place, Jersey City (4-minutes by PATH train from WTC in Downtown Manhattan - connect from A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, J, Z, M trains; plus 5 minutes walk from the train station along the waterfront). For those commuting from Jersey, we are close to PATH trains - connect from NJT at Newark/Hoboken, HBLR Light Rail (Bayonne, Hoboken, Jersey City, North Bergen, Staten Island) and several NJT bus lines.
