Work Space Planner - Temp to Perm - Ј30k - Woking, Surrey To generate layout options in accordance with a given brief and the Facilities Change and Project Management Procedure. To generate presentation drawings as and when required. To carry out Audit and Survey Work as and when required. To update and maintain General Arrangement Records in accordance with the Facilities Change and Project Management.
To update and maintain Seating Plan Records. To update and maintain Building Occupation Layouts, including Intranet Records. To update, maintain and improve AutoCAD and Drawing Standards procedure. To update, maintain and improve the Component Library.To provide regular progress report to the MTC ASM .
To assists and support the MTC ASM and associate MMS Team members and to contribute to the development of MMS as an internal customer service organisation.
