We are looking for a mid-level Account Executive with 3-4 years of out-of-college interactive agency experience that can fill this position without requiring a training period.
Only applicants with online advertising experience (banner development) will be considered.

Job Requirements
Typical work activities revolve around the running of advertising campaigns. Tasks typically involve:
- Discussing the products, services and advertising requirements of each particular client
- Setting up meetings with clients and other agency staff
- Delegating work to other members of the agency team
- Working with the account manager, creative staff and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies
- Liaising with, and acting as the link between, the client and advertising agency by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively
- Overseeing the status of online advertising campaigns and marketing web site development
- Negotiating with clients and agency staff about the details of campaigns
- Presenting creative work to clients for approval or modification
- Meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks
- Handling budgets and managing campaign costs
- Writing reports, keeping records and financial details
- Undertaking administrative tasks
- Monitoring the profitability of accounts
- Becoming familiar with the nature of clients` products, business culture and competition and understanding the possibility of changes to these
- Monitoring the effectiveness of campaigns
- Arranging and attending meetings and reporting on key decisions
Candidate Requirements
- 4-year degree
- 3-4 years agency experience in traditional and/or web marketing agency
- Online advertising / web development experience a must
- Excellent oral and written communications experience
- Positive and eager attitude a must
- Willing to roll up sleeves and be a team player
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Must be well-organized
- Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people
- Must be able to handle pressure well
- Travel to the client may be required
