Penton is seeking a Web Analyst to join the Digital team in the New York office. This position will interact with our web metrics solution to track visitor behavior across several hundred business-to-business websites
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Use current metrics and business objectives to develop KPIs across all web properties
• Develop actionable strategies to drive KPI performance
• Work with the production team to effectively implement Omniture
• Generate executive-level reports that seamlessly integrate Omniture and other data
• Create individually tailored reports for delivery to editorial, management and executives across numerous business to business markets
• Work with the technology team to identify gaps in current metrics, capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements
Position Qualifications:
• Minimum two years previous experience with Omniture Site Catalyst
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment
• Strong communication skills
• Working knowledge of website usability best-practices and search engine optimization
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, CSS and HTML
