Senior Infrastructure Engineer
Location: Plymouth
A major international consultancy seek a motivated individual to strengthen the infrastructure design capability in the Plymouth Office to compliment existing Transport and Engineering services and provide comprehensive engineering capabilities to clients.
Core Responsibilities - Design of highways related infrastructure including securing Section 278 and Section 38 Agreements, road and junction design including drainage design along with business development with existing and new clients.
PERSON SPECIFICATION: A * denotes essential for the role.
Knowledge Required.
AutoCAD, Microdrainage, PDS, Related Planning Agreements *, 5 years experience*, preparation of public highway and private development infrastructure design*, preparation contract documents, technical agreements, administration of construction contracts
Qualifications required.
Engineering Degree level (or appropriate similar level), Chartered Engineer Status (or ability to pursue), appropriate site Health and Safety training
Skills required.
Technical report production, client development, preparation of engineering designs, contract documents, technical agreements and the administration of construction contracts
Personal qualities.
People manager and team player, ability to work within multi-disciplinary teams, ability to foster good client relationships, business awareness
