A leading Cost Consultancy is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Cost Manager * Quantity Surveyor in their busy London Rail * Utilities team. You will work from their West End London office working for clients such LUL, TfL and Network Rail.
You ideally have the following attributes * qualifications:
- Over three years experience as a Quantity Surveyor * Cost Manager
- Hold a BSc in Quantity Surveying or related degree * diploma
- Have a professional membership; MRICS, MCIOB, MACostE, MinstCES
- Be capable of managing rail schemes from £20m and above
- Have good quality project experience in the Rail sector including Station Refurb, Signalling, Track and power schemes
Unlike most roles within the rail sector, the company in question is actively working towards most of their team being based in their London office rather than being seconded, this gives much greater career potential.
On offer are excellent prospects to progress quickly from Senior Cost Manager * Quantity Surveyor up to Associate and then ultimately Director within a short timescale. Genuine equity opportunities exist for ambitious hard working QSs who want to work in a ?reward on results? environment.
