Our clients are seeking to appoint a Maintenance Manager to work on a major contract in Berkshire. The position will be based on site and the duties will be as follows: Full responsibilities for 9 technical staff plus a site manager and 3 administration staff. Full control of all the utilities within the premises on both a planned and reactive basis. Issuing of work schedules and organisation of callout rota. Resourcing other technical and administration staff. Laising with Area Operations Manager on budgets and site meetings with clients. Full control and responsibility for Health & Safety and Environmental issues. The successful applicant will have a minimum of 5 yrs experience in a similar role and have a background in building services either mechanical or electrical services but ideally with utilities experience. Remuneration will be : Ј28-30K Company Car (expensed business miles not personal miles) Contributory pension scheme Mobile telephone 25 days holidays plus bank holidays
