Great opportunity to join this leading professional practice as a technical team leader * deputy IT manager. On a daily basis you will have direct responsibility for managing and leading a small team of 1st*2nd line support staff responsible for a number of sites in Central London reporting directly to the regional IT manager. This position is “hands on” and the successful candidate will have a good technical knowledge, upwards of 3 years, supporting and administering in a Windows 2000 * 2003 Active Directory environment, good understanding of TCP*IP, Microsoft Office, WAN*LAN, Backup software (Arcserve). Any knowledge of Viztopia, Pertax, Alphatax, Sage or SAPA would be a great advantage. In addition to technical ability soft skills are going to be a key for this one and they really need someone with a background in a professional environment that has superb communication skills.
