IT SOLUTIONS SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Location: Altrincham (covering the North West area)
Hours of work: Mon – Fri 9am-5.30pm
Basic Salary: £15-20K pa + company vehicle or vehicle allowance
OTE: £24,000 pa (uncapped)
Role
· You will represent the company and its products and services to potential and existing clients.
· You will find and convert opportunities for business into profitable secured orders, cross selling and up-selling to maximize the size of your deal.
· Once introduced you will manage your accounts to maximize opportunities from each client to the mutual benefit of the company and the client.
· You will report accurately your performance against targets and forecasts for future business and opportunities.
· You will also be responsible for recording all relevant information on the company’s database.
Person Specification
· You will be a self motivated, honest, conscientious and hard working individual able to work as part of a team whilst maintaining personal responsibility for your performance.
· You will have a proven record in a sales environment being able to demonstrate that you have delivered results to target on a consistent basis.
· You will have an excellent telephone manner and have experience of face-to-face sales negotiations with existing and potential clients.
Target and Commission Structure
· You must deliver new business sales of £15K gross profit per month (rolling average).
· Commission will be payable at the rate of 5% of gross profit on new sales over 4K per month (rolling average).
