Job Title: Admin & Facilities Assistant (Must Have Clean Driving licence) Location: City Position: Temp to Perm Salary: Ј16,000*Ј18,000 Industry: Commercial
Fantastic opportunity to work for a large growing commodities company based in the city as a facilities assistant. The successful candidate will start off on a temporary basis with the opportunity to win a permanent contract. The following duties and skills will be required.
Cover Switchboard Maintenance of reception and visitors area (monitor access to office- strict control) Sorting faxes, printer, paper (ASAP in the morning and regularly throughout the day) Oversee ordering invoices and distribution of stationery Calls outs and record all call out for all contractors e.g. plumbers, air con engineers etc. Overseeing orders and invoices for drink supplies Ordering and invoices for mobile phones Ordering, invoices re invoicing and faults for private circuits Ordering and callouts for faulty*new traders` telephone equipment Call outs for switchboard and general office phones Ordering, canceling, invoices & faults for telephone lines Ordering & invoices for hand towels - ensuring supplies at all times Call outs and invoices for fire regulation equipment Responsibility for regular testing and maintenance of all fire equipment Maintenance of the stationery room Assist Office Manager and keep her regularly updated Day to day monitoring of contracts e.g. air conditioning, plants, security etc Fault reporting and follow up General building maintenance (snagging) Distribution and collection of post Franking post Taking franked post to the post office Daily and monthly statements Warrants Bank cheques Empty papers bin print room Meter readings Delivery*collection of documents Health & Safety Maintenance To cover any driving required in the absence of the Admin Supervisor
