Our client is a household name in the Financial Services industry and thus continually strives toward greater service to their extensive National and International client base. The purpose of this role is to develop and produce a planning framework, a performance management framework and a process management framework for activity undertaken by your division to ensure a quality of service to the client base.
Responsibilities: - Implementation of planning framework - Implementation performance management framework - Implementation of process management framework - Implementation of benefits tracking framework for change initiatives. The successful candidate will also produce insightful analysis to enable the identification of continuous improvement opportunities and facilitate better decision making from management toward the division.
