Max*Maya Plugin Programmer award winning animation product Oxford
Experienced plugin writer required for Maya and 3D Studio Max.
Central to this role will be the creation and maintenance of plugins that enhance the user experience and further streamline the interaction between the company?s award winning animation product and other 3d applications.
Main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Implement systems to enhance the product?s interoperability with other extensible 3D applications.
- Implement creative solutions to enable the product to be used in novel and exciting new ways in games and film studios throughout the world.
- Work on tools systems to support one-off, high profile projects in the films industry.
Experience required includes:
- At least 2 years C and C++ programming experience.
- A minimum of 1 year experience writing Mel or Max scripts.
- Substantial experience with Max or Maya plugin sdk.
- Familiarity with Maya`s or Max`s user-interface
- Experience in object-oriented design and implementation
This position is based in Oxford and salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
