Purpose: -To contribute to the "Right to Buy" department`s overall profitability by providing excellent customer service and also providing customers with correct financial advice on every occasion.
Key Result Areas: -Regularly monitoring and reviewing statistics in order to maintain and improve business results. -Providing great performance for customers on every occasion. -Providing any relevant competitor information to the Right to Buy department should this become available. -Building strong inter-department relationships with field based and department based co-workers. -To embrace the `Working Together` culture.
Key Performance Indicators -Numbers of fact finds completed. -Conversion rates, applications received to applications resulting in completion. -Number of sales. PPP * ASU penetration. -Through the appraisal process.
Skills and Experience. -CeMap qualified. -Account management skills. -Flexible approach to work. -Reliable and trustworthy. -Keyboard skills and experience of Windows and Excel. -Use own initiative. -Ability to work under pressure. -Ability to prioritise workload. -Attention to detail. -Confident telephone manner. -Excellent letter writing ability. -Good recollection of information. -Target orientated. -FSA advanced level.
