Location:Stirling to cover Forth Valley, Fife and Dunbartonshire
9.00 am to 5.00 Monday to Friday or such other hours as may be necessary to ensure the smooth running of the company
Holidays:23 days per year, plus 10 statutory days
Sickness:The company operates a sick pay scheme, entitlement based on length of service
Driving Licence:A current clean driving licence is essential
Transport: Company transport will be available for essential business purposes
To source employer vacancies to match the requirements of Ambition Construction (A:C) and Connect Construction (C:C)and meet the targets set for job outcomes.
To be responsible for securing subsidised and unsubsidised employment for clients participating in A:C*C:C.
To work closely with the A:C*C:C Adult Guidance Assessor, who has responsibility for providing advice, guidance and support to ensure their progress into work.
To actively participate and contribute to all marketing initiatives.
To service employer contacts and vacancies generated through the Telesales Operator.
To work closely with colleagues in Jobcentre Plus to ensure a co-ordinated approach to employer contact and account management.
To source and set up and manage A:C*C:C Work Placements and Subsidised Employment
To maintain an up to date portfolio of local labour market information and, in liaison with the Employment Team, establish and maintain contact with appropriate local employers, encouraging them to act as placements and provide participants with the opportunity to seek employment with them.
To participate in regular company meetings - reviewing, evaluating and suggesting changes* new initiatives to improve the services of Triage Central Limited.
To understand all aspects of the Equal Opportunities Policy and Racial Equality Legislation and comply with and action, as appropriate, all of their requirements.
To fully understand the contractual obligations of the Company in the delivery of A:C
To ensure compliance with all Health & Safety procedures, and make employers aware of their Legal Responsibilities.
To promote, where appropriate, the Company’s services.
