You will be leading a Sales Force of Telesales Operatives in a small and friendly sales office.
Working closely with the Company MD and General Manager you will be targeted for your team’s performance.
Reactivating old accounts, saving cancellations and increasing new start ups, you will be managing and motivating your whole team through the Sales Cycle from cold call to close.
Office and Administration duties are also a large part of your day. Working with B2B contacts and data you will be required to lead your team by example.
