Trinity Public Sector supplies qualified temporary and permanent staff to housing associations, charities and local authorities to support local community regeneration. With many customers recognising the value of partnering with a specialist consultancy, our first contact with these customers is via our telephone team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic fun person to join this team based in Harrow central - 3 minutes walk from train and bus stations (Harrow-on the-Hill).
Your duties will include 1st in line contact for all phone calls – transferring calls to consultants, screening calls for directors, forwarding all email enquiries. You will be dealing with post on a rota basis. Daily database work which includes formatting resumes in a set Trinity style, will form part of your role. You will learn many of the office duties involved in a busy office administration role and will be required to greet visitors when necessary.
