Our client, providers of apartments for students and health service workers are looking to recruit one full-time and one part-time Customer Service*Administrator to work in their busy Manchester office.
Duties include:
- Producing accurate written documents - Processing enquiries, booking, applications, customer check ins*outs and other sales*customer processes*data in a timely fashion - Processing purchase orders and service requests - Maintain information systems, records and customer files - Manage and organise diary arrangements - Receive and bank monies - Assist in the production of promotional materials and literature
Salary is between Ј12-14,000 (pro rata for the part time role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role. They will be highly organised and methodical in their approach to work. They will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be capable of liaising effectively at all levels. Good attention to detail is essential.
