Customer Service Manager
Customer Service Manager - Location - Bedfordshire
An excellent opportunity has become available for a Customer Services Manager working for an up and coming tour operatour based in Luton. The successful Customer Service Manager will have good customer service and team leadership skills with an ability to deal with customer complaints in a professional manner whilst being commercially aware with a keeness to develop and contribute ideas to an already growing company. Key responsibilities will be to manage customer relationships, build operational management in order to maintain a high level of customer service, manage on-site staff and to manage genral day to day admin.
In return, the successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, and staff discounts.
